Mappyband

Pre-compressed adhesive gasket in fl exible polyurethane foam characterised by slow expansion from the initial thickness to the nominal thickness.
Once positioned the gasket begins to expand to completely seal gaps.
MAPPYBAND is ideal for sealing crevices where the gap is not uniform: between walls and window and door struts, for sealing expansion joints and as a buffer for corrugated sheets in roofing. MAPPYBAND has a compression capacity of 92% and also has an excellent stability in both high and low temperatures (- 40° + 140°). Due to this characteristic MAPPYBAND is particularly suitable for use in areas with extreme temperature changes, such as use in desert areas for sealing against sand infiltration.
